We thoroughly enjoyed a great nights entertainment at our corporate event, for which many thanks.

When you were packing up I did ask you if you could come back again to next year’s ball. The committee was unanimous with their agreement that you should return and if you are available that night we would love to have you back.

My letter is to personally thank you for joining us at our Platinum Ball and helping to make it such a success. We've have had some great feedback from our guests who delighted in listening and dancing to your music - so much so that they didn't want you to leave! We very much appreciated the flexibility you showed during the evening. Everyone had a fabulous evening which will be talked about for a very long time.

I'm only sorry that I didn't have more time to spend with you as I was on "duty" as the organizer and in fact I didn't manage to have my first glass of wine until after midnight!

I thought you might like to have a copy of our Platinum Ball Brochure together with a copy of our DVD. Once again thanks for contributing towards such a memorable event.
